By creating an account, signing in, or using any feature of Porichoy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and KJP Company ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Porichoy number lookup service.

Porichoy is a web-based mobile number lookup tool for Bangladesh. It allows authenticated users to:

• Look up carrier information, number type, and related metadata for Bangladeshi mobile numbers.
• Detect the operator prefix in real-time as they type.
• View a personal history of previously searched numbers.

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To use Porichoy, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to agree to binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable laws.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Access to Porichoy requires a registered account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised or not.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

Porichoy is intended strictly for lawful, personal or professional informational use. You may use the service to:

• Verify operator and number type of Bangladeshi mobile numbers for legitimate purposes.
• Check number formatting for business communication purposes.
• Identify your own or a contact's carrier for compatibility reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Porichoy:

• Using the service to harass, stalk, or gather information about individuals without their consent.
• Scraping, bulk querying, or automating requests to the lookup API without written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Using the service to facilitate any illegal activity under Bangladeshi law or international law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or Firebase database.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the service.
• Impersonating another person or entity while using the service.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the service without written consent.

All content, design, branding, code, and features of Porichoy — including the name, logo, UI layout, and codebase — are the intellectual property of KJP Company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Porichoy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times.
• Number lookup data is retrieved from a third-party API. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by this service.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KJP Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in lookup results.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation of certain liabilities, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By you — You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• By us — We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Porichoy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
